Real Estate Licensees!
Don't delay in scheduling your Post License education classes! Remember sales associates must satisfactorily complete a 45 hour Post Licensing class with in the first 18 to 24 months, in order to keep your license from becoming VOID!. Newly licensed brokers, you need to schedule your 30 hours of Management and your 30 hours of Investment Post licensing classes during your initial license period as well!

Keep in mind every two years a renewal obligation of 14 hours continuing Education must be completed!

I specialize in helping students from the Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Naples, Bonita Springs,and Estero area. I keep current of all state rules and requirements, and I'm also an active broker in the local real estate market.

Personal
I have been a Florida resident now for 17 years.I was born in Italy and grew up in the North East U.S. I worked in NYC for many years in the international fashion business, and later managed retail operations. My language degree served me well traveling the world markets and as Director of Guest Relations for a large hospitality real estate investment trust corporation! I later settled down to raise a family and developed an interest in Real Estate sales. I have had experience in the areas of business brokerage, general real estate and financing as well as having been licensed in three states, I was also certified to teach in two states. I have done sales training on the seminar circut as well as real estate consulting in six states.
Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, traveling, working out at the gym and participating in charity events and volunteering with various community organizations.
